Below you will find a brief overview of the payment methods and shipping costs at Wardrobe Labels:

PAYMENTS

We currently offer the following payment options:

Prepayment by bank transfer
Credit card payment via PayPal
prepayment

You will receive an invoice immediately after receipt of the order and pay the money into our account. After receipt of the invoiced amount, the ordered cloakroom tokens will be produced. Be sure to include the order number as reference so that the amount can be correctly allocated. Since prepayment orders are only processed after receipt of payment, this can lead to an extension of the production time of approx. 2-4 working days, depending on the bank processing time.

PayPal

In addition to advance payment, we also offer payment by credit card using PayPal. After you select PayPal as the payment method, you will be directed to the PayPal website. If you don't have a PayPal account yet, you can either register with PayPal for free or pay as a guest with your credit card. If you register with PayPal, you can specify how each payment should be made: by direct debit or giropay (only for buyers in Germany), from your PayPal balance, by credit card or by bank transfer. That's all.

SHIPPING

Shipping is via the parcel service DHL and is free of charge within Germany. As a rule, the goods are delivered within Germany within 3-5 days of manufacture.

The delivery period can be extended to a reasonable extent if events occur that make delivery significantly more difficult and over which PGM UG (limited liability) has no influence. If there are any delays in delivery, we will inform you immediately.
